Racked

I read this story about this dog.
Found with his collar so tight that he nearly died.
That was because once he was little he had a home.
Then he was exposed.

He grew.

So did his neck.

But the collar didn't.

So - a sign of a once beloved  pet became his torture.

He was saved.
